Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday will be processed the same day.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- All 50 United States
- Washington D.C.
- Puerto Rico
- US Military APO/FPO addresses
International shipping is not currently available but coming soon!
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear in the carrier's system.
Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for Express or Overnight delivery
- Some remote areas may require additional delivery time
- Weather conditions may cause delays during winter months
- Signature confirmation required for orders over $300
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We work with our shipping partners to resolve these issues quickly.
For damaged items, please keep all original packaging and take photos for our records.
Holiday Shipping
During holiday seasons, we recommend ordering earlier to ensure delivery by your desired date. Holiday shipping schedules and cutoff dates will be posted on our website.
Please note that carriers do not deliver on federal holidays.
