To be eligible for a return and refund, your Dirty Goose Shoes must meet the following criteria:

- Condition: Shoes must be in new, unworn condition with all original packaging
- Tags: All original tags, labels, and shoe boxes must be included
- Authenticity: Items must be purchased directly from Dirty Goose Shoes
- Special Items: Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless defective
Please Note: Due to the unique distressed nature of our shoes, normal wear patterns and aging effects are considered part of the authentic design and are not grounds for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Starting your return process is simple and straightforward:

🚚 Return Shipping Information
Defective Items: We provide free return shipping labels for manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Lost Returns: We are not responsible for items lost in transit during customer-arranged returns.
Exchanges
Currently, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style:
